Chinese yam contents a lot of water in the flesh, which gives you the juicy texture. Chinese yam consists of about 85% water. It contains about 10 percent more water than Yamato yam or potato does. The high water content contributes to the crisp and juicy texture.

In order to commercialize our products, we use two methods, IQF (Individual quick freeze) and BQF (Block Quick Freeze), depending on processing steps and specially-selected farm products.
